Making care more accessible never means lowering its standards. A teleconsultation remains a medical act, a prescription a commitment, a dispensation a pharmaceutical act. These principles are public, dated and apply across every clinic of the group.
Licensed physicians
Consultations are carried out only by physicians registered with the medical council, for whom teleconsultation stays a complement to their clinical practice.
Independent prescription
Only the physician decides whether a prescription is justified. Physicians are paid for the consultation alone, with no commission on any product.
Live video consultations
Every consultation happens in real time, by video. No prescription is ever issued from an online questionnaire alone.
Licensed pharmacies, free choice
Treatments are compounded by licensed pharmacies with a dedicated laboratory. Patients stay free to choose their pharmacy, with no ranking.
